This is a free AI governance readiness assessment tool designed for informational purposes only. It helps financial institutions evaluate their governance posture against Singapore's AI regulatory framework. It does not constitute legal, regulatory, compliance, audit, or other professional advice.

Use of the Tool

The tool is provided on an “as is” basis. By using it, you agree not to misuse, reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the underlying regulatory requirement register, gap logic, or analysis frameworks. Automated access, scraping, or systematic retrieval of content is prohibited.

You should confirm that you are authorised to characterise your institution's governance posture before completing the assessment. The responses you provide reflect your own understanding and judgment.

Intellectual Property

The regulatory requirement register, assessment methodology, gap logic, analysis frameworks, and all associated content are the intellectual property of Governed Autonomy. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the tool and any generated reports for your own internal assessment purposes. Reports may not be commercially redistributed, resold, or repackaged.

AI-Generated Content

The narrative sections of assessment reports are generated by artificial intelligence (Anthropic's Claude). While the narrative is grounded in the regulatory requirement register and pre-authored analysis blocks, AI-generated content may contain errors, omissions, or imprecise characterisations. You should verify all findings against primary regulatory sources before relying on them for decision-making.

The tool and its reports do not constitute legal, regulatory, or professional advice. They are a structured self-evaluation instrument, not a substitute for independent compliance assessment or legal counsel.

Limitation of Liability

The tool is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the operator shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with the use of this tool or reliance on its outputs, including but not limited to decisions made on the basis of assessment results, maturity ratings, or report content.

The maturity rating produced by the assessment is illustrative and reflects a structured interpretation of publicly available regulatory instruments. It should not be treated as a definitive regulatory compliance status or relied upon as such.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
