About this tool

This is a free AI governance research diagnostic designed for informational purposes only. It helps financial institutions reflect on reported practices against a defined corpus of 13 source instruments. The corpus does not contain statutory criteria or constitute a complete inventory of applicable obligations. It does not constitute legal, regulatory, compliance, audit, or other professional advice.

Use of the tool

The tool is provided on an “as is” basis. By using it, you agree not to interfere with its operation or misuse its report-generation facilities. Research citation and feedback are welcome; any separately published software licence governs the artefact to which it applies.

You should confirm that you are authorised to characterise your institution's governance posture before completing the assessment. The responses you provide reflect your own understanding and judgement.

Intellectual property

The regulatory requirement register, assessment methodology, gap logic, analysis frameworks, and all associated content are the intellectual property of Adrien Pesa, except for third-party material and source instruments, which remain subject to their respective rights. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the tool and any generated reports for your own internal assessment purposes. Reports may not be commercially redistributed, resold, or repackaged.

AI-generated content

Reports use authored research analysis by default. An optional AI summary draws on selected findings and research analysis. Choosing it sends that information to Anthropic under the processing and retention conditions disclosed before submission and in the privacy policy. You must be authorised to share the information you submit. AI-generated content may contain errors, omissions or imprecise characterisations. You should verify all findings against primary regulatory sources before relying on them for decision-making.

The tool and its reports do not constitute legal, regulatory, or professional advice. They are a structured self-evaluation instrument, not a substitute for independent compliance assessment or legal counsel.

Limitation of liability

The tool is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the operator shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with the use of this tool or reliance on its outputs, including but not limited to decisions made on the basis of assessment results, maturity ratings, or report content.

The maturity rating produced by the assessment is illustrative and reflects a structured interpretation of publicly available regulatory instruments. It should not be treated as a definitive regulatory compliance status or relied upon as such.

Governing law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

Operator
